ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Check in time: 4pm. Check out time: 10am. 

Early check in and late check out may be granted based on availability.

Additional charges may apply. Luggage storage before/after check in/out provided free of charge. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon check in we require guests to present credit card. A security deposit will be withheld by pre-authorization on the payment credit card.

We kindly ask guests to present the same active credit card used for the booking when possible.

The following security deposits will apply: €1500 at DOMA, €550 at SCALA properties and €350 at all remaining properties.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check in.

50% refund up to 15 days before check-in.

No refund after that.

Valletta Vintage is a collection of self-catering properties. Guests are kindly expected to take care of the furniture and all contents, and to leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival.

A property manager is available to assist with any questions or issues. Valletta Vintage will do its best to resolve any reported matters within a reasonable timeframe.
