We are seeking a responsible, hands-on Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and upkeep of our short-let properties in Valletta and Birgu. The ideal candidate has experience and background in hotels or property management and is organized and proactive. This role can be either full-time or part-time and is suitable for someone with a car and/or who lives within a short distance from Valletta.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping/cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
Manage and schedule routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, etc.)
Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
Maintain inventory of cleaning, maintenance and all in room guest supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants/residents and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Be available for out of hours support for guests when required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality, property management, facilities management, or maintenance supervision.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize effectively.
Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures would be helpful.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
