We are seeking a responsible, hands-on Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and upkeep of our short-let properties in Valletta and Birgu. The ideal candidate has experience and background in hotels or property management and is organized and proactive. This role can be either full-time or part-time and is suitable for someone with a car and/or who lives within a short distance from Valletta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping/cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness in all areas.

  • Manage and schedule routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, etc.)

  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and implement timely solutions.

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.

  • Maintain inventory of cleaning, maintenance and all in room guest supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants/residents and respond promptly to maintenance requests.

  • Be available for out of hours support for guests when required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, property management, facilities management, or maintenance supervision.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures would be helpful.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
